Base price* for a web site is $65.00 per hour. This price includes:

• Establishing of ISP account and domain name registration, if necessary. (Client is responsible for personal Internet services and/or domain name registration fees. Domain names can be purchases at http://www.networksolutions.com)
• Development and design of web site using client specified purpose, audience and marketing goals.
• Development and design of navigational structure and individual page elements.
• Editing, formatting, and writing of text.
• Conversion and placement of BASIC identifying graphics.
• Up to two hours of one-on-one support with client in developing of site, and working with ISP in bring up site.
• Advise to client regarding online hosting services, listings and links.
• Uploading to hosting server.
• Testing of site and how it will be viewed by all popular web browsers.
• Integration of clients logo as page header.
• Establishing relevant meta keywords, titles, summary description and content to optimize search engine placement.
• Submission to 15 Major search engines and/or directories.

*There are numerous factors that determine the final cost of a Web Site. The figure above is provided as a starting point. If you have an existing site and domain name, the cost can be less. A lot depends on how many graphics and bells and whistles you want and whether or not you've done your part in deciding on what you want your web site to do for you. All prices are negotiable to fit your projected budget.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

Additional costs will be billed at $25 per hour and include items such as:

• Link research
• Forms
• Animated GIFs
• CGI and Java Scripting
• Creation of Custom logo, graphic design elements, scanning of material and other web enhancements
• One-on-one support which exceeds the two hours provided in our base price.
• Web maintenance, client requested changes and updates
